We were saddened to hear that Frank A. Tomasino has completed his journey on earth and has left his loving wife, Eva, and family to remember wonderful memories of him. We loved seeing him outside raking the leaves, and Eva shared with me that when he saw me in the kitchen window while getting coffee, he would tell her, “There goes Nancy.”
At the funeral service, Father George shared his memories of the last visit with him in the hospital, and the singing by Richard Sokas, Queen’s music director, was awesome. There was hardly a dry eye in the church.
We are grateful that we knew him for such a long time, and his family has added to our neighborly neighborhood for so many years.
We pray for our loving Mothers on Sunday, May 11, which is Mother’s Day, and we pray that those deceased are resting among the flowers of the heavenly garden.
Happy Birthday wishes are sent to Barb Ziegler, who celebrates on May 6. Your star sign is the Taurus, and your gemstone is the emerald. Your fragrance is Foxfire.
Some prayers are directed to the devoted service men and women presently serving our country and those in the past who valiantly served our country.
