Kruzic Is More Than Good for ‘Great Again’

Rob Kruzic of We’re Great Again is the only bowler to top the 700-series mark in the Monday Night Mixed bowling league this season at Lawn Lanes.

Kruzic, in a March 31 match, started out with games of 259 and 256 and finished with a 198 to record a series of 713.

His performance overshadowed that of his teammate, Julio Medina, who rolled a 241 middle game and 604 series.

Another We’re Great Again roller, Krissy Messina (220/519), was the league’s top woman bowler on this date.

Behind the totals racked up by Kruzic, Medina and Messina, We’re Great Again took 5 of 7 points from Full House, who was led by Steve Sauerwein’s 203/588.

Sauerwein, who entered with a 162-per game average, also had games of 197 and 188.

Also topping the 600 mark March 31 was Luis Bejar of Work in Progress.

Bejar, who entered with a 168 per-game average, rolled games of 198, 194 and 209, giving him a 601 series for the evening.

Increasing its first-place lead was Bad Enuff (67-31), who, led by Edward Schwartz’s 222/556, took 5 of 7 points from the White Sox Fanatics.
